Guides and workbooks
Because guides and workbooks are delivered instantly as downloads, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the file is defective, cannot be opened, or is materially different from its description.
Mini-courses and masterclasses
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 30% of the lessons. After that, refunds are considered case by case.
All-Access Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Monthly charges already paid are not refunded, except where required by law.
Private sessions and VIP Coaching Circle
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. VIP Coaching Circle terms, including refunds, are agreed in writing before you join.
How to request a refund
Email info@cherlinedaniel.com with your order email and the product name. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take several days to show it.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
